The Keeper? 12 ft cam buckle tie-down features a durable 1 in Hi-Test? camo webbing and steel cam buckle with plastic cover for easy grip. The hooks can be affixed to rings, hooks, anchors, D-Rings, and other cargo anchors. Simply attach the S-hooks to an anchor point, strap over cargo, pull the strap to the desired tension, and close cam buckle to secure strap. The tie-down is compact, portable, and easy-to-use. It is ideal for light-duty applications.
