Ideal's SK922 wood screen door set includes two 2 in spring loaded hinges, one hook and eye and one 4 in door pull (screw hole centers). All required screws are included. These are self-closing, not adjustable hinges. The door will close quickly after it is released. This can be used on cupboard or shed doors as well. Surface mount installation.
